
Smoothies are a great snack for children and most importantly, when packed full of fruit, healthy.
1 banana
½ cup vanilla yogurt
Dash of milk
- Peel and chop up the banana
- Put the banana, yogurt and milk into a food processor and blend until smooth
- Pour smoothie into a glass

1 banana
1 cup mixed berries
½ cup vanilla yogurt
Dash of milk
- Peel and chop up the banana
- Put the banana, berries, yogurt and milk into a food processor and blend until smooth
- Pour smoothie into a glass

½ pineapple
1 banana
½ cup vanilla yogurt
Dash of milk
- Peel and chop up the banana
- If using a fresh pineapple, peel and chop into pieces
- Put the pinapple, banana, yogurt and milk into a food processor and blend until smooth
- Pour smoothie into a glass

A handful each of strawberries, blueberries and raspberries
½ cup vanilla yogurt
Dash of milk
- Wash the all the berries in cold water
- Take the green tops off the strawberries and cut strawberries in half
- Put all the berries, yogurt and milk into a food processor and blend until smooth
- Pour smoothie into a glass
